We're trying for baby now, please let us know some good multi vitamin tablet without any side effects ... checked semen analysis as per Doctor advised and found 55 millions (fyi) and doctor confirmed no issues and am completely perfect. But however need some vitamin C D and E to get more sperm to get my baby out.So please help me doctors
