I had abortion on6th october with mtp kit. I need suggestion that which contraceptive method is best to have a gap of 3 years with out any side effect and future complications

Intrauterine contraceptive device will be ideal.You can also try mirena which will be useful for both contraceptation and reducing blood loss during periods.
