Make sure you are doing the correct type of exercises. Have a good balanced diet with high quality protein. If you eat non-vegetarian food, then have chicken, eggs, fish and mutton. If vegetarian, then have Dal's and soya beans. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also good for you. Make sure you sleep well. Keep doing the correct type of workouts and you will see results. Also please be realistic in what you plan to achieve.
Do not take steroids or any injections.
