The ECG is not entirely normal. It shows a possibility of having borderline left ventricular hypertrophy. The most common reason for the same is having uncontrolled hypertension.
There are two things that you can do - 1. check your blood pressure levels regularly and 2. you can get a 2-D echocardiogram to confirm, if left, ventricular hypertrophy is present or not.
