I'm having pain in the lower left side of the chest.Sometimes popping sounds are also heard.When I lie down situation becomes worse.The pain usually spreads to my arms neck and shoulder too. I think more pain is experienced in the left side.And most of the days early morning I experience nausea and sometimes vomit. I don't know whether it's due to acid reflux,anyway the pain is sometimes unbearable.
