It can be because of acidity problem.. So jst take syp.mucaine gel 5ml -5ml-5ml (before food) for 15 days Avoid spicy food,coffee. Take proper timing diet

It is because of reflux problem. Avoid spicy and oily food and any bad habits if you have.

Most common cause for your condition is acid reflux. Take tab pantop 40mg once early morning and syp mucaine gel 5ml thrice before food for 15 days.
