Need a tips to get rid of dandruff

Respected sir/madam. As i am suffering from both the hair fall and dandruff Problem,so i consult a dermatologist and she gave me one anti dandruff shampoo also she advised me to use it twice a week. Rest of the day i used another Product,Perhaps of using the random shampoo it may cause increase hair fall!!!?
