We are looking for adoption from Cara. We have done our registration and need to submit a medical certificate that we do not suffer from any chronic illness or any contagious disease. Can you please provide us fitness certificate that we are fit to adopt a child. Illness-No Skin disease-No Please let us know if we can receive this certificate if we take consultation with any MBBS doctor.
