When I turn my head towards any side I hear a low sound in my ears and even I get pain while bending neck frw and backwards. Along with this I feel dizzy when I turn my head sharply. Shoulder pain hand and leg pain which comes and goes. Done with spine and brain MRI nothing came out. What could be the cause

Could be vestibulitis. U ll need some medicines to treat this. Please consult a ent surgeon
