When I turn my head towards any side I hear a low sound in my ears and even I get pain while bending neck frw and backwards. Along with this I feel dizzy when I turn my head sharply. Shoulder pain hand and leg pain which comes and goes. Done with spine and brain MRI nothing came out. What could be the cause
