I am having neck pain due to twitching. I got slight jerk while awake in morning due to that I am having neck pain

Hello, Don't take it lightly. It may be due to CERVICAL disorder. ADVISE X RAY cervical region AP AND LAT view. Till than, Tab paracetamol 500 eight hourly after food. Hot water bag to be locally apply. Dr. Ortho oil locally two three times. Ok.
