Neck pain and numbness in hands.

I have chronic migraine. Off late, I had started to have pain in my neck and numbness in hands and legs. So, I have got my Xray done. The radiologist has said that I have got muscle spasm in my neck. Do I have to be treated for spondilytis?

Muscle spasm is temporary & will get relieved with time. Symptom relief can be achieved with hot fomentation & medication. Nerve tonics can relieve the numbness.
