Reports are suggestive of thyroid malignancy . Even though tumor cells as such is not found in your FNAC report , the features are characteristic for a papillary thyroid malignancy . I would be recommending a repeat FNAC under ultra guidance . No need of a biopsy .
FNAC are diagnostic for papillary thyroid malignancy and need further treatment as surgery followed by radio iodine therapy .
Treatment is urgent , but have very good prognosis , so don’t need to worry about . Can consult me for any doubts or concerns. Thank you
