1 year ago fall down in bathroom FOOSH Injuries . Orthopedic doctor said no facture in hand gave some medicine and told consult with neurology. Still shoulder and neck nerve pain .how to cure ?

Please give a proper history, as the symptoms you explained are vague. I will suggest you to visit a Neurosurgeon near you, get yourself examined thoroughly. You will need an MRI cervical spine.
