I have already diabetes.past 2 months i am suffering from severe joints pains neck and backache and fatigue.unable to stand properly. Pains in ankles also.numbness in head sometimes

Hello there...I can understand your concern. did you any fever on the past two weeks? any morning stiffness of the joints? we will need a more elaborate history and clinical examination should be done. even x rays might be needed to rule out osteoarthritis. so kindly consult a orthopedic for further evaluation.
