After eating half meal , I feel nausea sensation from past 2 month. I consume gudcef cv 200 tabs prescribed by doctor but not worked. I also done usg test in which hepatomegaly and cholecystitis impression seen.please suggest. report attached

Take Tab Itopride 50 mg three times Tab sompraz 40 mg once a day For 4 weeks if symptoms don't resolve
