I can understand your concern.
If you are a smoker, then you should quit.
Have smaller and frequent meals.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Have a fixed time to eat.
Have high fiber diet.
Drink plenty of water.
Tab. Pazom-d once a day half an hour before food for 5 days.
