HELLO, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. TILL THAN, NO SUCH PROBLEM OCCURS WITH VITAMIN D3. ANYWAY, TABLET ENDOMAC ONE TABLET AFTER  LUNCH AND ONE AFTER DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET MEFTAL SPAS TWO-TIME A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER. OK. BYE.
