Took sinarest for 3 days no relief from nasal congestion and white mucus coming out This is on and off. I feel since lockdown I am having this issue sometime relief but again due to air, or dust starts Really frustrated now. Please advice I am on 100mg eltroxin for hypothyroidism Only issue is nasal congestion and white mucus coming out and no issues And also feel something stuck and urge to blow

The symptoms mostly point out towards allergic rhinitis.is there any fever,cough,heaviness of head? All these need to be evalvated.meanwhile you can continue medicine for hypothyroidism.

Continue Eltroxin as prescribed according to TSH level Tab Levocetirizine 10  0-0-1 at 7-8 pm for 10 days (Stop Sinarest) Tab Limcee 500  1-0-1 for 10 days Drink plenty of fluids, nimbu pani, Eat healthy diet, fruits and vegetables Keep bowels clear
