Hello my baby is only 4 months old with pinpoint opening of prepuce since birth. But for the last few days there is ballooning of prepuce during micturition. So to resolve this problem only gentle retraction is OK or topical application of steroids is needed? Or is there any Other treatment to resolve the ballooning at this age?

Is the ballooning disappearing with retraction ? I think you have to consult a pediatric surgeon or urologist. Another option is circumcision if the prepuce is not retracting at all.
