Hello I initially had constipation.. then i started getting loose stools as i took triphala.. now i get firm stool but the problem is I get narrow stools only.. it is happening since 1 month approx.. not even single day , i have got normal stool.. is narrow stool once in a day a cause to be concerned... if yes, whom should i go... A general physician or a specialist..
