Nanpro mixed incorrectly with water

Hi, I added nanpro wrongly for my 5 months old daughter. For 180 ml of water added 2 scoops powder and fed her nearly 90 ml I realized and again fed her 30 ml with proper measurement After that she slept Im seriously worried about my wrong feeding. Please suggest /tell me wat to do.
