Hi,I had MI last year in Jan 2018,was admitted to hospital where i was given medication Elaxim ,no surgeries or stent was placed as it was not required,from last one and a half year i have been on medication of Clavix AS 150 and Tonact 80mg. From last few days i have been feeling a pricking kind of pain in my chest and sometime muscle cramp,consulted another cardiologist so he suggested to change the medicine and rake Remetor CV and Nuroking D3 as vitamin d level was very low 8.7 and b12- 240,and even asked to take shots once a month. So i wanted to know whether the changed medicines are good enuf to treat me and how is my heart health different from a normal persons heart. Month back i got TMT done i which i walked for 14.9 mins. What are my do's and donts ! I booze occasionally (once is 15 days) is it safe. I dont smoke! How should i differentiate between a gastric pain and heart pain? Beacuse evry time i have chest pain let it be due to gastric or the pricking pain i get nervous !
