Myopia progressing in one eye rapidly

I delivered my daughter last year. During pregnancy and since delivery my myopia has progressed drastically. Left eye has stabilized since a year on -2.75 but right eye was on -3.50 and again increased to -4.25. Is breastfeeding the cause? Should I consider lasik surgery?
