From Friday afternoon he is having fever. After giving Nobel plus fever is occurring again in 4 to 5 hours. fever reaches to 102. Till yesterday night we had to give him more then 4 dosage in a day. He is now complaining throat pain. Yesterday evening he had something to eat but from then he is not even drinking water.

hello..u should do some basic  investigations like complete blood count ,crp, urine routine and microscopy examination. in my view he/she should be started with antibiotics after sending the investigations. .hope this answer will be helpful to you. .
