He is suffering with sudden fever and breathing problem. Because of tonsil Stage-4. said by doctor. Please guide me to solve my son pain.

He may be suffering from acute tonsillitis which is common type of throat infection in children. You may need to give him antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster. If the size of tonsil is big them its called grade 4. It is not really a disease to worry.
