My SGOT count in higher

I was tested positive for Covid 19 on 15-Oct and got recovered on 28-Oct. After that I started getting chest pain and as per Doctor's prescription I had Pantop 40 and enzoflam for 7 days. After that I started getting pain in my abdominal and as per doctor prescription I got testes Ultrasound (Came normal) and in LFT my SGOT showing 88  which is higher than normal. Please suggest me is this something which i need to be worry and how to reduce SGOT count to normal.

Any infection can cause a rise in sgot. Kindly get other inflammatory markers done and then consult to decide on mode of treatment
