Reason past I have weight gain hair loss I had suspect on thyroid so I have done thyroid test in that T3 & T4 is normal ,TSH is more in spec like 9.16

You are having hypothyroidism which is the cause of weight gain and hair loss. Please consult a doctor who can examine and monitor the  dose of thyroid tablets that you need to take.
