My scalp has acne or pimple like structure. It itches and on severe scratching it bleeds. These spread like infection. I have used diprovate plus earlier and it worked but i am not sure why it happens so often.

It must seborrhoeic dermatitis with secondary  infection. Use Antifungal based shampoos like Ketoconozole weekly thrice . Avoid oiling the scalp. Take Levocetrizine tablet once daily at bedtime for 5 days. If this does not relieve your symptoms then Consult dermatologist for further evaluation.
