Sir ,My right testicle is hanging lower and bigger in size compare to left. It makes discomfort while sleeping and sometimes in walking.Increases in hanging with the day.What does actually happen to me maybe because I used to workout without wearing supporter Please give me your suggestion

Have adequate testicular support while working. Get physical clinical examination done by a general surgeon for any clinical anomaly in bigger size testicle.it may just be normal also.
