My penis become small while having sex

Hello doctor, my pennis is getting small while having sex with my wife. I am working in delhi and my wife in home town, i visit home town for 10 days in two months. In 10 days initial 3-4 days is ok, but later this problem arrises. Please suggest me what to to do. I am getting disturbed with this. Please give me the reply as soon as possible.
