My mouth can't open properly

My mouth can't open properly after I taking a tobacco....I can't eat hot and spicy food..really what i do I don't know...i also take a cigrate and sometimes alcohol....please help me out

U are developing submucosal fibrosis,stop all these addictions even betel nut.Oral mucosa is also eroded as per ur complains.
Next Steps
start symptomatic n supportive medicines,visit a physician,start mouth opening exercises.

You should stop alcohol and tobacco as they are carcinogenic. You can always go and get yourself evaluated by your doctor to examine your mouth and advise accordingly.
