She is of age 50 (approx) been suffering from menstrual cycle problem for straight 15-20 days which must have stopped by this age.High fever every day.So need help regarding this matter.

Abnormal bleeding at her age needs to be taken seriously. Please see a gynaecologist as soon as possible. Do an ultrasound pelvis beforehand. It will save your time. She can take Crocin for fever and have lot of fluid
