I am abhi I am 22 years old some time I read book any type of work than my mind is not constrate my work. Why plz give reason

Sorry to hear about your difficulties Abhi. There can be many reasons, why a person is not able to concentrate either while reading book or at work. However if this problem is long standing, consistent and affecting your life significantly, I suggest that you speak to a psychiatrist to rule out depression. Best wishes.
