My metabolism!!

My metabolism is so fast that I am at a complete lost, Please help I’ve spoken to my Dr but he said there nothing he can do. Please help 3 weeks ago, I weighted 14.7 stones now I 13.5 stones is there anything you can recommend that I can take to maintain my weight. I dream to weight 16 stones and maintain it forever, Please help! Kind regards Glenn Matthew
