My left chest pained for last 3 months

I am Varun kulshrestha 31 year old for last 3,months my left chest pained . All my test is done chest xray , ECG , Eco also done all my test report is normal what reason my chest pained is not going. I am feeling low for pained will be satrat. Attached my all test report
Avoid precipitating factor- like lifting weights
Give rest to muscles
Hot water fomenting ( water bag)- 4-5 times a day
Local analgesics gels can be applied - 4-5 times a day
Deep breathing exercises
