My last semen test result shows sperm

My last semen analysis shows sperm count is 26 million. Previous was 15 million. My wife says she is pregnant. She checked from home. The result lines shows one line darker and other one is lighter. Can you please send an explanation for this.

What was her lmp? Do her sonography to rule out tubal pregnancy so do her sonography as soon as poosible dont waste time
