Since i m taking pyzina 1000 and 750 both together after lunch... After 1 month i m feeling pain in knee joint and swelling on face and ankle... I taking other tab also with these tabs for tuberculosis... Then blood test report says that hemoglobin is low and lake of blood in my body...

It's may be due to anaemia first treat it seriously. Are you got rid of TB if then stop medication provided because it may be the side effects of the drug.
Next Steps
advised medication - autrin tab twice a day, erythropoietin 2000 twice a week, iron sucrose along  with injection.
