Age 75, male He can't recognize the place, He forgot what he eats and always says I m hungry since last 2 days. Always says I want to go to village. Always shouting, not taken the medicine, He has B.P. Always live in past and always asking about the people who are not around him. No sleep in the night.

hello if your grandpa's symptoms have started only 2 days ago then you should consult a Physician immediately medical causes have to be ruled out

Hello, Your grandfather seems to be having dementia. This is a problem which comes in old age where people lose their memory, thinking ability,language,sense of direction etc. They can have a lot of behavioural problems . Please consult a psychiatrist to assess him in detail and suggest treatment for any behavioural issues.
