I can't open my fore skin from a long time,,,except surgery any other possibilities is there to solve it?

Hi, Phimosis is defined as the inability of the prepuce (foreskin) to be retracted behind the glans penis in uncircumcised males. Up to 87%of cases of phimosis have been shown to respond to application of topical steroids to the preputial orifice. If medical management fails, then circumcision is the surgical treatment of choice for correction of phimosis.
