My father has cough since 1 week he took and since 3 days he has been taking Azithromycin 2 times for 3 days and vit c , zincovit The cough still hasnt gone but its better than before i am a medical student so i prescribed the medicine my self seeing the current scenario but now when he is still having cough even though its better better a little from before i am actually worried now and dnt know if i should continue azithro for 2 more days and give him monteleukast too ?? And if i should then for how many days should i give him monteleukast ?? Plz help

Complete d dose of azithro for two more days but not as B. D give it as O. D Monteleukast cn be given along with levocetrizine for four days Add some antacid like Pantaprazole 40mg Steam inhalation thrice a day Syrup Grilintus 3ml thrice It shud help😊
