My right eye twitches on and off all day and has been doing so for a few weeks. It doesn't matter whether or not I'm watching tv, reading a book, or driving. I don't have glasses and can see small print fine. I'm 18 and have always had good vision.

what about distance vision. pl get it checked. it may be due to stress and strain. please  relax,take some  antioxidant, and  rub ocupol d eye oint to be rubbed twic da ily on li ds.

Twitching is usually because of anxiety. Use lubricating eye drops available OTC . Consult an eye surgeon and a general physician as well
