My left eye is red bcoz of my friend finger inside my eye accidently, and it red after 2 days please tell the red colour or spot is removed or not

from history it seems to be subconjuctival haemorrhage. and if so will resolve within 2to3 wks.please share your close-up pic rot better guidance.
