My eGFR dropped from 76 to 52 in three months. I have also had a large spike in blood pressure up to 188/11 while on medication. My PCP ordered another medication which has it under control, but did not say anything about the eGFR. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

Yes you should be concerned. You have CKD. You need to see a Nephrologist
