Hello...my 4 year old daughter suffering from viral infection..it's been 10 days now ..her fever had gone but still she has diarrhea, and vomiting..not eating anything thing... weakness alot..

Give her ors ...if not drinking properly  take her to a pediatrician asap .. No proper history but..may need hosp visit urgently .. connect via call
