My daughter do not talk fluently

My daughter age is 4 y 5 m. She talk a few word and does not answer properly, she can recite rhymes few line and sing. But she does not talk fluently. we always try to talk with her but she avoid us. we already consult with a child neuro specialist but she didn't find any abnormality. We are very much worried about her. Seeking your suggestion.

You need to get her consulted from a speech therapist. If pediatric neurologist has ruled out abnormalities, it can be just language delay. That can be confirmed by visiting speech therapist. She might require regular speech therapy for approx 3-6 months depending on progress she shows.
