My daughter 3 years vomiting frequently

Today she shallowed the cotton elastic, she started vomiting 2-3 times evening after given lukewarm water with salt next vomit that elastic came out but after this she again vomited 2 times only water came out, we have given vomikind syrup once. Is there anything problem or I need to wait if any vomit should go to clinic please suggest

Observe her, if she is vomiting or feeling any choking sensation do a hospital visit. For better clarity, please do consult.
