I am sugar patient. Underwent CABG in 2006. Last 10 yrs I am strictly following doctors advise. Now my sugar is stable as Taking lantus insulin 16 during bedtime. As per report my creatine is showing 1.9 . Slight swelling on my left foot. Kindly advise.
