He is suffering from cough and cold from past 6 days he was detected infection in his throat we started medicines for it . But due to continues coughing he has pain in stomach and chest . What painkiller should be given to him . He is taking  1.chorex  t syrup  .2 livoflex 500 3 betnesol half tablet 4 bresol syrup Please suggest

HELLO, ALL THE MEDICINE SHOULD TAKEN AFTER FOOD. BETNESOL IS STEROID SO WHEN NO RELIF STOP IT. SYR EXIL D  FIVE ML THREE TIMES A DAY FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. TAB ODOXIL KID DT 250 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIVE DAYS.(DISPERSIBLE TAB). SYR MONTUK 6.5 ML AT NIGHT FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUID. TOMATO SOUP SIP BY SIP GIVES HIM COMFERT N ENERGY. NO FRIED,GRESY,JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE TILL SYMPTOMS DISAPPEAR. STOP ALL THE MEDICINE. O.K
