My brother when he was 13 years old suffered from forcefully anal penetration I.e RAPE .he was consulting to psychiatrist from last 5 years. Doctor diagnosis major depression but problem is that he said his ANUS is teared .so his anus is not fully closed. Please guide he was in depression & nervous.... Feeling uncomfortable please guide 🙏
