My baby has white spots within her lips

My 4 months baby has white spots within her lips... It seems it dosent hurt her.. What is it? What shud I do??? My fly suggesting to apply glycerine is it ok???

Consult Now
Must keep her clean. After each feed always offer  sips of driking water if possible. Otherwise clean her mouth with a gauze piece soaked in glycerine. And apply honey.
